- Within Lagos: Items are delivered within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order
- Outside Lagos: Items are delivered within 4-5 working days of receipt of your order
- Pre-Order Items: Items are processed and shipped within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order

- Abuja & Port Harcourt: N4500
- Nationwide: ₦ 4500 and above
Self-Pickup
- You can opt to pickup your items directly from our pickup locations. However, self-pickup is currently available only in Lagos
- Pickup location is 25, Adeniran Ogunsanya Street, Surulere, by shitta roundabout, before GTBank Lagos.

Returns and Exchange
- Exchanges are Free. Custom fitting comes with a charge.We operate a same day return policy free of shipping and 7 day return policy with shipping charges. Items must be returned intact with labels and tags within 7 days.
- Refunds for returns are net of the delivery charges and takes 3-5 working days. i.e. delivery and retrieval charges are non-refundable
